We price by project scope, not by the hour. After understanding your brief, we send a detailed proposal with transparent pricing. There are no hidden costs. Retainer packages are available for ongoing work like social media management or digital marketing campaigns.
What is the minimum budget to work with PixyGrid? +
Our minimum project engagement starts at ₹25,000. Monthly retainers start at ₹15,000. We are happy to discuss what's possible within your budget and prioritise accordingly.
Do you offer payment in installments? +
Yes. For most projects we work on a 50% advance and 50% on delivery model. For larger projects we structure milestone-based payments. We accept bank transfers, UPI, and international wire transfers.

You will have a dedicated account manager who is your single point of contact throughout the project. They coordinate across our design, development, content, and marketing teams and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
How do you handle revisions? +
Every project includes a defined number of revision rounds in the proposal — typically two to three rounds. Additional revisions beyond the scope are billed at a clear hourly rate agreed upfront. We prefer getting your detailed feedback early to avoid unnecessary revision cycles.
Do I own everything PixyGrid creates for me? +
Yes. Once full payment is received, all deliverables — including source files, designs, code, and content — are transferred to you. You own everything. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
